Our new R&D team has allowed us to design food offerings that are on trend, improve upon the classics and have attracted a private label niche that continues to grow. We can make what you cannot and are pleased to do so. Our time-tested classic recipes like Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad and Cole Slaw will always have a place at your table but now we offer new salads. Our new choices are focused on the palate of today’s customers and we hope you feel as we do that we have combined the traditional with the modern.

Our SQF Certification showcases our commitment to a culture of Food Safety and operational excellence in Food Safety Management which meets and exceed all industry, customer, and regulatory requirements. We have made major changes internally from equipment enhancements, refrigeration, procedures, and staff and today we enjoy an Excellent ASI score within the 9.1 Code Edition.
